After conversion, we arrange training on Inventory, Marketing, Reporting and new features using your live data. Yes, the sooner you let us know, the better. Our STX Conversion Team can find a better date on the calendar or you can contact us when it would be a better season to switch softwares.

This is a great opportunity to clean up services, products, etc that are no longer in use at your business. Additionally, it will improve the process for our developers to convert your data.
Once the owner and manager of the business have determined how they plan to use the system, they would train their staff on the areas they would be using via the practice database.
When STX Support takes a back up of your database (scheduled 1-2 days before your Launch Day), any appointments, tickets or changes made after the backup will not be included in the conversion. Businesses either do not allow anyone to use the software or they plan to re-enter those changes on launch day.
Online Booking should be shut off no later than at the time of data retrieval.
Yes. Traditionally switching softwares takes multiple weeks to move the data. With our simplified conversion process, your data is moved quite quickly and it is imperative that your team finalizes your setup to get back up and running.
At minimum 2 weeks before your launch day. To order or if your equipment doesn’t arrive in time, contact STX at 1-800-766-4778.

If your current card processing is integrated (meaning you do not type in the amount), you can keep using your merchant, STX Payments however you will need to purchase new processing equipment. Call STX Payments at 1-800-766-4778 for more details.


If your current card processing is not integrated (meaning you have to re-enter that amount on the device), you can also keep using your current setup. We would reccomend considering our integrated card processing offering by calling STX Payments at 1-800-766-4778/
